Hello and greetings fellow otaku,
Well as of today, my spring break has officially started and that means that a few things.
1) I have to study for two exams for when I get back to school next week!!!!!!!!!!! BOO!!!!!!!
2) I going to be doing a lot of catching up on my blogging, site administration and anime watching. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But getting back to business, so I haven’t done a week in anime post in a long time. And since there are some interesting stories that I want to talk about, I think it is time to bring this segment back out from the dust!!!!!!
Our first story is that the television network TV Tokyo has recently made a huge investment in the online anime distribution site Crunchyroll. Tv Tokyo has contributed about 3/4 of a million US dollars for a stake in the companies assets. This deal will mean that Tv Tokyo will be a shareholder in the company.
Now this is going to be interesting to see how this plays out in the coming months. I have to say that Tv Tokyo is making a really great investment, I predict that with the money that they are putting forth, I can see a very promising future for both Tv Tokyo and Crunchyroll as a whole.
Eye Candy Break!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey You!!!!!!! Stop looking at my girlfriend, granted I know that she is hot but that doesn’t give you the right to stare!!!!!! Ok,Ok!!!!!!! I am kidding, that picture is not my girlfriend!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only playing with you guys, LOL!!!!!!!!!

And finally, our second story features one of the most popular Japanese culture bloggers embarking on a new project. It has been announced recently that Danny Choo, the popular Japanese Culture blogger is currently working on a new anime series called Chinka. The series is currently in production mode, no word has been announced yet as to its official premiere. This looks like a promising series and the characters are very well developed. If you would like to learn more about this upcoming series, you can check out his post by clicking on the link at the bottom of this post.

And with that, this will wrap up this edition of the week in anime. So until next time, remember that their is a ton of great anime and manga out there. All you have to do is find it. Ltrs.
I’m going to be giving Chinka a chance. I’m not too particularly excited for it though.
Same here!!!!!!!!! I will hold off on my judgement untill I see it for myself.
Someone realizing their dream, or so it’s called…
I’m definitely going to watch Chinka. It’s one of those things that you have to watch, if just to see how he doesn’t do it right. Reading his post though, those are some pretty intense concepts, so at the very least it’ll be fun :S
People are going to be shorthanding it as chin-chin soon, just watch. Or maybe they already have >.>
Maybe, but we shall see!!!!!!
